Adding a Building

To add a building, go to the Dashboard and tap “Add Building.” Enter your NYC property address and select it from the autocomplete results. FineShield will automatically verify the address and begin monitoring.

Managing Notifications

You can customize your notification preferences in Settings > Notification Settings. Choose which types of alerts you want to receive: new violations, hearing reminders, and status changes.

Subscription Management

Manage your subscription in Settings > Subscription. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store.

AI Credits

AI credits are used for violation analysis (1 credit) and dispute letter generation (3 credits). Check your remaining credits in Settings. Purchase additional credit packs if needed.

Account Deletion

To delete your account and all associated data, go to Settings and look for the account deletion option. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
